Hi there. My name is Alexy, and I'm the Chief Engineer at Brighton Autos. I was educated and trained in Finland. I decided to move to the UK years ago.
In my mechanic career, I estimate that I have handled the servicing of over 500 cars, and supervised the servicing of many more. My business philosophy is to prioritise customer satisfaction over financial profit. I'm more interested in establishing a long-term relationship with my customers based on trust, than to gain one-off profits. I therefore always try to keep my prices competitive. If you get a lower quote from another garage, just let me know and I promise to try my best to beat that offer. I always explain this to my selectively chosen team because I believe happy customers become loyal customers.
